These pictures were taken over the last 3 years while I owned my Hummer. I just put it up for sale today, 8/31/04. I've
had a lot of fun with it, but it's time to pass it on to someone else to enjoy. My wife and I have both gone through "career
changes" in the last few years, and we just had our first child in July this year. So, it's time to get more practical and get
rid of some of the toys. They are truly incredible machines, and I wish I had taken more opportunities to really get it out
in the rough stuff and see what it can do.

For those interested in buying it, here is a quick list of maintenance I've performed to keep it in top running condition.
I've had a fair amount of work done since when I bought it there was about 72,000 miles on it, and I've put on another
30,000.

So hopefully I've taken care of things that the next owner won't have to worry about for another 50 to 100,000 miles.

5/2001: New lubricating ball joints. (The originals were non-lubricating and had dried out and cracked. The new ones
get lubricated every 3000 miles with oil changes now.)

5/2002: New windshield glass.

12/2002: Oil seals replaced on transfer case and differentials. (No more leaks still)

5/2003: New tires. Replaced the seals in the split rims in July of 2004.

11/2003: Upgraded to a high-performance air filter that can be cleaned and reused indefinitely instead of replacing.

4/2004: 2 New batteries. Starts great now since the old batteries were 8 years old!

4/2004: One of the CV boots was leaking on the rear right axle, so I replaced the whole axle just in case dirt had entered
the boot. I have the old axle as an emergency spare part.

7/2004: Replaced the seals in the split rims in July of 2004.

7/2004: AC recharged and serviced.
